Job summary

Qualifications

Two years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, background checks and training may be required.
All job-required trainings and assessments must be completed.

Responsibilities

Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and listening to associates across stores.
Drive sales and manage expenses by budgeting, forecasting and controlling costs.
Provide guidance, set expectations and implement business solutions aligned with company goals.
Ensure customer needs are met and issues resolved to maintain a high quality experience.
Promote a culture of belonging, ethics and integrity and open-door guidance.
