AT&T in Fremont, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service across our retail store. You will lead by example and help the team meet performance goals.

You will oversee merchandising, assist with product launches, and coordinate coaching of sales consultants. The role includes off-site events, paid training, and opportunities to grow into higher leadership positions within AT&T.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well‑developed planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Aufgaben

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and optimizing operational efficiency to achieve the store’s performance goals.
• Lead at the center of where it all happens – oversee store operations, manage and develop a team and ensure AT&T customers experience best‑in‑class services, entertainment and technology.
• Partner with a store manager to oversee merchandising, product launches, and meeting/exceeding sales objectives; participate in outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events; receive best-in-class paid training to develop leadership skills.
