Vans is seeking a part-time Supervisor in Escondido, CA to support the store leadership team, drive a best-in-class customer experience, and coach associates while upholding merchandising standards.

You will work with the Store Manager to maximize store profitability, lead by example, manage opening/closing, and supervise stockroom operations. This role promotes an inclusive, energetic environment and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store and perform physical tasks.
