• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership preferred via Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and feedback, guiding store operations and customer service initiatives.
• Drives store sales, reviews PL statements, budgets, forecasts and controls expenses to meet goals.
• Ensures compliance with policies, supports diversity and a belonging mindset in the workplace.
