Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University preferred.
• General work experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve customer issues through action plans and process improvements.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to meet sales and profit goals.
