• Drive store sales by managing merchandising, inventory flow and customer service.
• Monitor budgets, forecasting, and expense control to align with sales goals.
• Hire, train, mentor, and recognize associates; promote belonging in the workplace.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support plans and achieve results.
