Responsibilities include coordinating activities with stakeholders, implementing OBW service standards, evaluating P&L factors, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualificações

• 2 years’ of college (minimum).
• 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring and assigning duties.
• Promote a belonging mindset and provide recognition to drive performance.
• Lead teams, provide feedback, and implement store initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and drive financial performance in the store area.
