• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer needs are resolved and delivers exceptional customer service following the One Best Way (OBW) model.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, mentoring, and recognizing performance.
