Qualifications

• Two years of college; or one year retail and one year supervisory experience; or two years general work experience and one year supervisory experience.
• For facilities selling firearms or ammunition, relevant background checks or eligibility certificates may apply.
• Academy trainings and Open Door trainings are part of required trainings.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Manage store operations, budget, forecasting, expenses, merchandising, and inventory flow.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, setting clear expectations and recognition.
• Ensure policy compliance and integrity by applying Open Door policies and ethics standards.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, promote belonging, and drive continuous improvement and learning.

Formation

2 years of college

Retail experience + 1 year supervisory

2 years general work experience + 1 year supervisory

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership (Live Better U/Bellevue University)
