Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by coaching and feedback to align with store objectives.
• Drives store sales, manages PL statements, budgeting and expenses.
• Oversees customer service standards and community outreach efforts.
• Coordinates operations, inventory flow and merchandising to optimize performance.
