Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college, OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates must attend and complete required trainings and assessments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop store teams, teaching training and feedback.
• Drive store financial performance through budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Ensure customer service excellence and problem resolution following OBW standards.
• Coordinate plans with stakeholders and promote a culture of belonging and integrity.
