Job summary

Walmart in Hatfield, PA is seeking a store leader to drive team performance, customer service, and store operations. You will supervise hourly associates, hire, train, and mentor, manage budgets, forecasts, and expenses, and implement action plans to improve sales and shrink.

Qualifications

• 2 years' college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Attend and complete job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams, teaches training, and provides feedback to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and associate engagement; promote a culture of belonging.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities with key stakeholders and drive process improvements.
