Job summary

Qualifications

• For firearms facilities, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Attends and completes trainings such as Open Door and Academy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training and feedback.
• Drive store financial performance via budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve issues using OBW model.
• Coordinate merchandising, inventory flow and seasonal transitions.
