Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, touring stores and giving feedback.
• Drives store performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Oversees merchandising, inventory flow and store operations to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promotes a culture of belonging.
