Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Mobile, AL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive sales targets while delivering a best-in-class in-store experience.

You will own daily operations, mentor associates, manage guest flow, and partner with the General Manager to translate goals into actionable plans on the floor. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and value teamwork, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing and hiring decisions to recruit top talent.
• Train and mentor the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to meet sales targets.
• Lead store operations, ensure uptime, and manage daily tasks when GM away.
• Set goals and translate plans into shift-level execution.
