Responsibilities

Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
Assist with store merchandising by facilitating staging, stocking and storage of merchandise according to established practices.
Assist in all aspects of inventory management and prepare inventories.
Follow prescribed ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
Provide superior customer service leadership.
Act as a role model by following company procedures and policies.
Participate in store opening and closing activities.
Ensure the safe deposit of all company funds and maintain cash control procedures.
Review operating statements to identify trends and opportunities for efficiency.
Complete paperwork according to guidelines and deadlines.
