• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist store merchandising through staging, stocking and pricing per guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management and store controls; prepare inventories.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership and ensure a safe environment.
• Support store operations and be a role model for company policies.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Review operating statements for trends and control opportunities.
• Complete paperwork and documentation on time.
