Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and proper pricing, staging and stocking of merchandise.
• Manage inventory through proper handling of damages, markdowns, scans, paperwork and controls.
• Follow ordering practices to meet or exceed in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Operate store in absence of the manager and review operating statements for trends and opportunities.
