Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Support store merchandising and effective product presentation.
• Assist in inventory management, damages, markdowns, and reporting.
• Ensure in-stock targets through proper ordering practices.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Follow company policies and participate in opening/closing
• Ensure cash security and proper bank deposits.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and safety practices.
• Operate in manager's absence and review business trends.
