Veronica Beard is seeking an Associate General Manager for our Madison Ave location to partner with the General Manager to maximize sales and provide an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee staffing, training, and high-performance teams while acting as Manager-on-Duty in the GM's absence.

The role emphasizes sales leadership, clienteling, and maintaining store standards, payroll controls, and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Store and/or Assistant Manager position/experience in women’s apparel.

Responsibilities

• Assumes Manager’s role in supervising staff and creating an outstanding sales and customer service environment in absence of General Manager.
• Strives for sales excellence and results maximizing sales through strong floor supervision.
• Assists with setting weekly, monthly and seasonal goals for staff.
• Coaches team members on performance and shares feedback with General Manager creating alignment and consistency.
• Team sells with Sales Associates to contribute to the development of the selling team.
