Veronica Beard is seeking a General Manager for our Suburban Square location to maximize sales, elevate the shopping experience, and uphold the brand’s visual and operational standards. You will lead a high-performing team, manage staffing, training, and development, and drive clienteling to build lasting relationships.

You will oversee floor supervision, merchandising, and standards, ensure payroll controls, and maintain store appearance.

Formación

• 3–5 years in luxury retail with leadership experience.
• 2+ years as a store manager in women’s apparel or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades
