Formación

• 3-5 years in the luxury business; strong team leadership; excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years retail Store Management in women’s apparel or related field.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to retain and utilize data and product knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-performing sales team to maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Staffing, training, and development to build strong performers across the store.
• Manage wage costs, payroll, and scheduling to optimize store performance.
• Ensure floor sets, merchandising, and brand standards are executed consistently.
• Oversee store cleanliness, appearance, and loss prevention measures.
• Represent Veronica Beard's fashion standards and guide staff on product and styling conversations.
