Job summary

Veronica Beard is seeking a General Manager for our Aspen location who will maximize sales and provide an exceptional shopping experience. You will lead staffing, training, and development of high-performing teams, while managing wage costs, shrink, and clienteling to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities include sales leadership, staffing, operational excellence, store standards, merchandising/visual, and fashion styling.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in the luxury business, strong team leadership and customer service skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, driven individual with eye for women’s fashion.
• Strong visual background and operational skills.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates an outstanding sales and Customer Service environment.
• Sets and evaluates weekly, monthly and seasonal goals for staff.
• Manages staffing, training and development of high-performance teams.
• Controls payroll, wage costs and store assets; ensures 100% accuracy in cash, inventory, and conduct.
• Executes floor-set, merchandising directives and maintains store appearance.
• Represents Veronica Beard fashion; keeps staff aligned with brand visuals and social media readiness.
• Works on clienteling and building customer relationships to maximize sales.
