• Ideal candidate must possess 3-5 years in the luxury business and strong team leadership and customer service skills.
• Minimum of 2 years retail Store Management position/experience in women’s apparel.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Strong observation skills and ability to use data for staff development.
