Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Utah. As an Assistant Manager, you will help run a Panda store, hire and direct associates, and focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial goals.

You will participate in a three-week or longer leadership training program designed to prepare you for future store leadership opportunities within the Panda family. This role requires flexibility and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda store and drive financial results.
• Hire, supervise and coach store associates to deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training programs to prepare for store leadership.
