Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You’ll participate in a paid Store Management Leadership Training program and receive mentorship from a supportive Panda community committed to your success.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll help run a single store, hire and direct associates, and strive to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A three-plus week leadership training prepares you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates.
• Help achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
