Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide leadership training, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and work toward delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We offer a 3 or more weeks leadership training program to prepare you for success, with opportunities for development within the Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest experience metrics.
• Lead and mentor team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in the three or more weeks of store leadership training program to prepare for success.
