Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the United States. You will help run a single Panda Express store, hire and lead associates, and drive financial results while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

An intensive 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for management success, with ongoing career development and advancement opportunities within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including staffing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for management responsibilities.
