Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Utah. You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Must relocate within 50 miles and maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. We are committed to development and offer mentorship and support from our Panda community to help you grow

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to store staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success.
