Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve financial targets. You will lead a team, ensure high standards and participate in a leadership training program to develop your skills.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth into management and access to comprehensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Support a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
