Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store. You will hire, train, and supervise team members to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A multi-week store leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. The role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays, plus a 50-mile relocation window.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store, hiring and directing staff to hit financial goals.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
