• Two (2) to four (4) years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to develop and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service.
• Open and close the store, secure assets, plan and prepare labor schedules, and maintain store security.
• Act as Store Manager in their absence and align store activities with company goals.
• Support in executing store strategies to improve customer satisfaction, traffic, and profitability.
