Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community. You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive guest satisfaction to meet financial goals.

You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success, with opportunities for growth into management positions and ongoing leadership development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
