Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda offers paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your success.

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ weeks leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
• Support store leadership and drive execution of company standards.
