Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and work to deliver exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store and help hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship as part of the store leadership development program.
