Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single store, hire and guide team members, and drive guest satisfaction and financial results. You will participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare you for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
