Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and help achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to ensure store success and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare for advancement.
