Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support operations of a single store and drive guest satisfaction. You will hire, supervise and motivate associates to hit financial targets and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
• Support training and development within the store leadership team.
