You will support the Store Manager and help drive profitability while protecting company assets. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, executing planograms, inventory control, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year in retail; 6 months supervisory preferred.
• Strong customer service and cash handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise with receiving, unpacking, stocking, restocking, and building displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, and facility controls.
• Assist in planogram implementation and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability, key control, and cash deposits.
• Assist with management in Store Manager's absence.
