Responsibilities

• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise including receiving, stocking, rotating, and building displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, and paperwork.
• Support planogram implementation and merchandise presentation.
