Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling employees, providing training, safety meetings, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Follow work processes to manage merchandise, including receiving, stocking, restocking and rotating merchandise on shelves and building displays.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, and facility controls.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms; ensure merchandise is presented according to established practices and Store Manager direction.
• Assist in ensuring financial integrity through cashier accountability, key control, and cash handling procedures; authorize refunds and deposits.
• Assist with management of the store in the Store Manager's absence.
