Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment, report unsafe conditions.
• Open and close store, supervise associates, and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and clean work areas.
• Execute and supervise company processes and best practices.
• Lead front-end supervision, manage line and customer flow; train cashiers.
• Manage payroll administration and scheduling; supervise administrative duties.
• Oversee stockroom organization, merchandise receipt, back stock control, and signing.
• Support loss prevention efforts and ensure compliance with company policies.
