Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Birmingham, AL. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to reach financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you succeed. The role requires flexibility for openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in leadership training programs to drive store success.
