Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
Lead and develop store staff to ensure consistent performance and guest satisfaction.
Participate in continuous leadership training and development to advance within Panda Express.
