Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Foley, Alabama. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be supported by a comprehensive training pipeline and mentorship from our Panda community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
