Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda store, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve financial goals. The role includes hiring, coaching, and directing associates while delivering exceptional service.

Candidates will undergo 8+ weeks of Store Leadership Training and have opportunities for growth into higher management. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing staff to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
