Panda Express is seeking experienced store leaders to join our management team at locations in New Jersey. You will oversee store operations, hire and guide associates, and drive financial results while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a Panda Express store, including hiring, supervising, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Lead and manage store team to deliver exceptional service and performance.
• Participate in an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
