7-Eleven, Inc. in Perrysburg, OH is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will supervise staff, coach, train, manage cash handling, and help implement merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

You will partner with the Store Leader to maintain a clean, safe environment, recruit qualified staff, and promote our loyalty program. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED preferred, retail management experience a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with customer service focus.
• Proficient with basic computer tools and store systems.
