Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach store team to deliver great customer service.
• Lead merchandising and marketing initiatives in the store.
• Monitor performance using store reports and assist with budgeting.
• Ensure health and safety standards and product availability.
• Promote loyalty programs and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
