7-Eleven seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bolingbrook, IL. In this role you will support a management team, supervise restaurant staff, and gain valuable leadership experience with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and Health Department Standards.
• Ensure proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Word, Excel).
• HS diploma or GED preferred, but not required with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach restaurant staff alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Oversee restaurant condition and compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Maintain proper preparations, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Utilize store reports and P&L data to drive improvements.
